I had the pleasure of taking an Intro to Basic Cold-Process Soapmaking class at Carroll County Community College earlier this week. It was curated by the fun and talented ladies, Kim and Janice from Goose Ridge Soaps located in Hampstead MD. 

In these two evening classes, I learned a lot. Superfats, what to use in your soaps, what not to use.... the list could go on, but you should check it out for yourself and register for a class. You can find more info on that HERE. 

For my soap I decided to go with orange and patchouli essential oils with no coloring. I think it looks lovely and smells amazing. We can't wait to use it!

They have everything from soaps to shaving bars, salves and shampoo bars. I have purchased a few bars of soap myself in the previous years and hey certainly do not disappoint. I can't wait to try more products and see what they create next! 

One day I hope to add soap to my product list and when I do, I will certainly have Goose Ridge Soaps to thank!
